He is survived by: his wife Patricia Childers Bellamy; his son Ricky James Bellamy (Robin) of Irvine; his granddaughters, Morgan Paige Wilson (Jonray) and Meagan Shaye Bellamy (Clayton Winter); his siblings, Linville Bellamy of Clay City, Charlotte Lamb (Albert) of Irvine and Glenda Birch of Stanton; and his nephew Chad Wayne Birch of Clay City.
