He is survived by: his wife Betty Lou Nunnelley Kelly; his children, Elisha Kelly and Kyle Kelly; his stepchildren, Dawn Hamilton, Charles Hamilton, Irvine and Benjamin Miele; and his siblings, Rosemary Wolfinbarger (Irvine), Linda Mills (Somerset), Anthony Kelly (Irvine) and Harold Kelly.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Road, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
