He is survived by: his children, Sharon Elaine Forsythe (David) and Johnnie Wayne Stephens (Tina); his stepchildren, Judy Venters, Sherry Tester of Ohio, Brenda Neal (Larry), Estill Co, Dewayne Payne and Clark Co; and his grandchildren, Sarah Forsythe, Jeff Saylor (Amanda), Ova Venters (Amy), Shane Venters, Marshall Tester, Joe Tester, Jay Neal, Mary Lynn Campbell, Tia Payne and Wayne Payne. He is also survived by 19 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren.
