It is with great sadness that we announce the death of John Chaney of Irvine, Kentucky, who passed away on March 19, 2023, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of John Chaney to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Archie Chaney and Stella Black Chaney; and his siblings, Annabelle, Katherine Chaney Tipton (Eugene), Diana Faye Chaney Brandenburg, Betty Chaney Alcorn (Wilse), Margaret Lee Chaney Williams (Hubert) and Charley Henry Chaney (Priscilla Bailey).
He is survived by: his son Jonathan Darin "JD" Chaney; his siblings, Martha Chaney Gay of Covington and Edmon Chaney (Wanda) of Lexington Archie; his pet Tiny; his nieces, Dreama and Tassie; and also Alayna. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers family ask donations be made to the Compassionate Care Center in John's honor.
