He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Kayse and Thelma Kayse; his former wife Kayrene; and his son Mark. He is survived by: his wife Peggy Kayse; his daughter Kim Kayse; and his grandchildren, Eric Kayse (Amber), Matt Workman-Kayse (Bryson), Dylan Kayse and Jessica. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
