He is survived by: his wife Ann Fields of Irvine; his children, Rusty Price (Tina) of Berea and Michelle Price of Irvine; and his siblings, Mark of Independence, Johnny Fields of Independence, Jeanie Forkcum of Independence, Missouri., Candy Fields of Independence, Missouri. and Tammy Fields of Independence, Missouri.. He is also survived by eight grandchildren, three great-grandchildren.
