Smith of Ravenna; her sons, Jerry Smith (Dianne) of Irvine and Jeff Smith of Ravenna; and her grandchildren, Phillip Smith (Julie) of Lexington, KY, Matthew Smith of Richmond, KY, Kristin Gilvin of Milton, FL and Shelby Smith of Lexington, KY.
