She is survived by: her parents, Jimmy Lee and Phyllis Richardson Williams; her husband David Oakley Chaney; her children, Phyllissa Smith (Donnie) and David Lee Chaney; her sister Rhonda Keener; and her grandchildren, Austin Blake Smith, Brynleigh Smith and Brycen Smith.
