She was predeceased by: her husband Buddy Hale; her parents, William Goins and Dora Ratliff Goins; her daughter Regina Carol Luster; her siblings, Troy Goins, Katherine and Gladys Goins; and her grandson Bobby Ray Luster.
She is survived by: her sons, John Hale (Jo Ann) and Dean Hale (Crystal); her siblings, William Goins, Dean Goins and Nancy Burrus; and her grandchildren, Hailey Hale, Joshua Luster, Patricia Hale, Joshua Hale, Owen Powell and Chris Hale.
