He is survived by: his son Jerry Smith (Dianne) of Irvine; his siblings, Chester Smith (Jeanette) of Felicity, OH, Naomi Sears (Ed) of Whitley County, KY, Lloyd Smith (Juanita) of Andersonville, TN, Walter Smith (Carol) of Riverside, OH, Wayne Smith of Powell, TN and David Smith of Whitley County, KY; his sister-in-law Ella Mae Smith of Lafollette, TN; his grandchildren, Phillip Smith (Julie) of Richmond, KY, Matthew Smith of Richmond, KY, Kristin Usry of Tampa, FL and Shelby Kennedy of Tampa, FL; and his great grandchild James Norwood Smith of Richmond, KY.
