He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Dunaway and Barbara Dunaway (Warner); his brother Michael Dunaway; and his nephews, Aaron Dunaway and Everett Johnson.
He is survived by: his wife Lisa Dunaway (Johnson); his children, James Dunaway (Pam), Misty Dunaway and Melinda Dunaway (Kendall); and his grandchildren, Jacob Dunaway, Maci Custard, Makaylynn Dunaway, Samuel McDaniel, Zachary Caudill, Jasmine Caudill, Lucas Caudill and Peyton Couch. He is also survived by other loving family members, and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Pine Crest First Church of God (1061 KY-11, Beattyville, KY 41311). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 12th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
