He is survived by: his wife Mary Alva Wise Fox; his children, Tina Marie (David Arvin), Sherry Lynn Fox, Belinda (Mark Puckett), Harry Dwain Fox and Larry Dale Fox; his grandchildren, Timothy (Ashley Arvin), Neysa (Daniel Cordial), Lance (Cindy Arvin) and Jacob (Ratisha Puckett); his great grandchildren, Kaleb Hillard, Brennan Tuttle, Lukas Puckett, Harper Arvin, Sadie Rian Arvin, Shelby Clay Puckett, Emersyn Arvin and Taylor Ray Puckett; and his sister Phyllis.
