He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Isaacs and Bethel Richardson Isaacs; and his siblings, Arlene Worrell (Harold), Bobbie Jean Harrison (Laban), Annette Coyle (Paul), Marcella Doty (Jimmy), Louella Rose (Charles), Russell Isaacs and Jerry Isaacs.
He is survived by: his wife Ora Lee Harris Isaacs; his children, Kellie Benton (Mark), Tammy Long (Mike) and Harold Scott Isaacs; his grandchildren, Kayla Vinsant (Cody), Rachel Benton, Jess Michael Long and Shailyn Isaacs; and his great grandchild Parker Tate Vinsant.
