He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Worrell and Edna Arlene Isaacs Worrell. He is survived by: his siblings, Rhonda Worrell Noland (Freddie), Debra Elaine Hunt, Mark Wayne Worrell (Rebecca), David Worrell (Malissa) and IrvineTimothy Harold Worrell (Connie).
Visitation was held on Sunday, April 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Monday, April 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Road, Irvine, KY 40336).
