He was predeceased by: his parents, Jimmy Neal and Lucy Powell Neal; his wife Irene Wilson Neal; his son Steven Randall Neal; and his brother Walter Neal.

He is survived by: his children, Sonja Deonia Neal, Wayne Wilson Neal (Caren Sue) and Irvine; and his siblings, Yvonne Draggoo, Steven Douglas Neal, Irvine Jack Neal and Irvine Robert Neal.
