She was predeceased by: her spouse Cluster Jewell; her parents, Joseph Caudill and Ollie Coomer Caudill; her daughters, Tammy Clevenger and Millie Swanger; her grandson Chase Clevenger; and her siblings, Virgil Lee Caudill, Chuck Caudill and Lucille Isaacs.
She is survived by: her granddaughters, Amber Stout of Oceanside and Ashley Brocco (Chris) of Goleta, California; her great grandchildren, Ethan Fils, Mason Swanger of Oceanside and Chase Clevenger of Irvine, Kentucky; and her sister Shirley Evans of Beattyville, Kentucky. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and a host of other relatives and friends.
