He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Isaacs and Mary Marcum Isaacs; and his siblings, Ann Isaacs, Ernest, Bobby, Charlie, Billy and Ronnie Isaacs.
He is survived by: his wife Edith Osborne Isaacs.
