He was predeceased by: his parents, Joe Merrill Willis and Virginia Hardy Willis; and his wife Betty June Riddell Willis. He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Kelley and Lisa Willis; and his siblings, Lilla Neal, Linda Hall of Ohio, Fayette Co, Bobby Willis and Joe Willis, Jr.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren and 5 great-great grandchildren.
