He was predeceased by: his parents, Troy Horn and Corria Meredith Horn; his daughter Teresa Renae Sturgill; and his siblings, Doris Faye Horn and Garry Horn.
He is survived by: his sons, Donald Ray Horn, II (Christy), Gregory Scott Horn (Kim) and Mark Allen Horn (Kim); his grandchildren, Jacquline Renae Horn, Adam Dalton Horn, Dakota Paige Lyvers, McKenzie Rae Horn, Joshua Sturgill, Makayla Raye Horn, Rachael Nicole Horn, Aaron Gage Sturgill, Chase Allen Horn, Andrew Benjamine Sturgill, Cruz Ellington Horn, Honorary Pallbearers, Deacons and Elders; and his wife Millie Sue Burnett Horn.
