He was predeceased by: his parents, Dave Collier and Lillian Smith Collier. He is survived by: his wife Beverly Ann Winkle Collier; his daughters, Belinda Raye Collier of Irvine and Sandra Kaye Collins (Robert) of Bybee; his nephew Steven Collier of Pikeville; and his great-nephew Steven Kyle Collier of Hazard. He is also survived by three great-great-nephews.
