He was predeceased by: his parents, Buell Horn and Clara Newton Horn; and his brother Mitchell Horn. He is survived by: his wife Wanda Lene Thomas Horn; his son Dwayne Kevin Horn; and his brothers, Jerry Lee Horn and Darrell Lynn Horn (Estill Co).
