He was predeceased by: his parents, Francis Hebert and Henrietta Axworthy Hebert. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Michelle Brown Hebert; his brothers, Ron Hebert and Charlie Hebert (Estill Co); his nieces and nephews, Kristina Manfredi, Heather Turner, Kyle Hebert and Justin Hebert; and his close friend Baxter.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336).
