It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Delay McKinney of Irvine, Kentucky, who passed away on July 16, 2021, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, George W. McKinney and Daphney Newton McKinney; and his siblings, Pauletta Sparks, Reva Jean McIntosh, George L, Roy Wallace, Thomas, William and Zion McKinney.
He is survived by: his wife Della Neal McKinney; his sons, Grover McKinney and Irvine Chris McKinney; and his brothers, Millard McKinney, Irvine Willoughby McKinney and Richmond McQuay McKinney. He is also survived by Several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews and great-great nieces and nephews.
