He is survived by: his daughters, Kendra Owens (Daniel), Frankfort, Shelby Powell and Irvine; his sisters, Debbie Wright (Darrell), Carrolton, Jackie Woosley, IrvineVicki Horn (Jeff), RavennaCathy Dawes (Bryan) and Irvine; his grandchildren, Landry Owens, Leighton Owens and Kolsyn Owens; and his former wife Tracey Brooks Powell.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Road, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 1st 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Estill County Animal Shelter.
