Neal (Selena); his sisters, Helen Plowman and Estill Co; and his grandchildren, Christopher Neal (Savannah), Stevi Neal and Halee Neal.
Visitation was held on Friday, February 14th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM. A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336).
