He is survived by: his wife Brenda Joyce Curtis Neikirk; his sons, Jason Neikirk (Shaylyn) and Madison Co; his grandchildren, Paisley Neikirk, Cody Warford (Sierra), Austin Warford (Lexie), Sierra Damrell (Zach), Ridge Wilkinson (Haley), Luke Wilkinson (Makenzie), Haley Sha Counterman (Justin), Dakota Stamper and D. J. Yingst; his great grandchildren, Theo, Emmett, Mya, Maddox, Barrett, Spencer and Alayna; and his siblings-in-law, Hellen Neikirk, Loretta Neikirk, Ruth Neikirk, Reva Curtis, Sue Curtis and Farrell Curtis.
