We are sad to announce that on September 16, 2023, at the age of 39, Cynthia Henry Puckett of Irvine, Kentucky, born in Richmond, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her father Timothy Henry; and her sister Shelly Henry. She is survived by: her mother Kay Henry; her children, Matthew Plowman, Johnny Ellington, Christopher Ellington and Kaylee Puckett; and her siblings, Timothy Estill Henry, Jacob Henry, Dylan Henry, Joseph Henry, Alivia Henry and Gracie Henry.

In Lieu of flowers family ask donations be made to Grayson Funeral Home to help with funeral expenses.
