She was predeceased by: her parents, Ruford Sparks and Grace Alcorn Sparks; her husband Allen G. Newton Jr.; her children, Ruford Newton and Carol Newton; and her siblings, Catherine Flynn, Armeda Newton, Eugenia Vere, Gordon and Delmas Sparks.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Newton (Rebecca) and Gary Newton (Lisa); her daughter-in-law Delores Newton; her grandchildren, Joshua Newton, Justin Newton, Christopher Newton, Donald Keith Noble and Karen Dozier; her great grandchildren, Bethany Noble and Ashleigh Dozier; her great great grandchild Hadleigh Noble; and her caregiver Lisa Stewart.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Calvary Baptist Church in Irvine.
