She was predeceased by: her parent Floyd Smith; her son Calvin Ross; and her siblings, Mary Jane Brandenburg, Clinton Brandenburg, Lula Mae Newman, Lonnie Brandenburg, Marcus Brandenburg, Anna Lee Turner, Earlene Clark and Thomas Brandenburg.
She is survived by: her parent Ollie Smith; her daughter Mildred Ann Steele (Rod) of Pleasant Plain; her grandchildren, Pamela Caplinger (Lyle) of Goshen, David Dwight Steele of Goshen, Rodney Matthew Steele of Charlotte, Lisa Smith of Versailles and Eddie Ross of Beattyville; her great grandchildren, Sara, Jason, Hanna Ross, Meagan, Aimee, Iain, Wilson, Allison Steele, Chloe Caplinger, Dylan Iams and Brianna Iams; and her brother Murle Brandenburg (Nell). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and other relatives and friends.
