He was predeceased by: his parents, Virg Isaacs and Mary Marcum Isaacs; his children, Karen Isaacs, Charlie Allen "Dobbin" Isaacs and Richard Lee "Ricky" Isaacs; and his siblings, Ann, Billy, Bobby, Ernest and Ronnie Isaacs.
He is survived by: his wife Virginia Mae Estes Isaacs; his daughters, Rebecca Ellen Tipton and Irvine Brenda Faye Isaacs; his siblings, Betty Taylor and Donnie Isaacs; his grandchild Stevie Tipton; and his great grandchildren, Lacy and Allen Tipton.
