He is survived by: his children, Mardy Stamper, Steven Stamper, Renae McKinney (Tommy) and Tamara Flynn (Windle); his grandchildren, Thomas, Trevor, Corey and Noah McKinney; his great grandchildren, Kennadee, Lorainna and Jolean McKinney; and his siblings, Willard, Michael Stamper, Jeanetta Ross, Connie Smallwood (Danny) and Katie Caudill.
