He is survived by: his children, Aaron Foley (Kristen) of Richmond, Kentucky and Courtney Baldridge (Elliott) of Richmond, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Lila Jane Baldridge and Maxwell Elliott Baldridge; and his brother Robert Foley of Allen, Kentucky. He is also survived by Nieces, Nephews.
