He is survived by: his wife Eva McKinney Cox; his children, Ova Jean Harris (Tony), Tassie Willis (Leon), Michael Cox (Cathy) and Eric Cox (Aimee); his grandchildren, Jeremy, Ashley Abney, Amber Harris, Destinee Willis, Zack Reeves and Tiffany Cox; and his great grandchildren, Lainey Pearson Garrett, Raylee Farthing and Jasper Hardy.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Chapel of Lewis Home For Funerals (224 Main St, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service was held on Thursday, January 16th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
