She was predeceased by: her parents, James Daniel and Lilyrene Neal Sparks; her husband Ruford Puckett, Jr.; and her siblings, Ray Sparks and Edyth Puckett.
She is survived by: her children, Shurla Cooper (Raymond) and Barry Puckett (Lynda); her brothers, Woody Sparks (Darlene), Sterling Sparks (Judy), OhioPhil Sparks (Alma) and OhioJoe Sparks (Debbie); her sister-in-law Donna Sparks; her grandchildren, Kristie Turner (Matt) and Lindsey Rogers (Josh); and her great grandchildren, Reid Turner, Maci Turner, Cooper Rogers and Laurey Rogers.
