She is survived by: her children, Lisa Clark Parrett (Ronnie), Dale G. Clark, Estill Co, Jeff Clark and Madison Co; and her grandchildren, Anita Murphy, John Dixon, Regina Miller, Robbie Clark and Ashley Clark. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren and 7 great-great grandchildren.
