She is survived by: her husband Kenneth Floyd Neal. She is also survived by Several nieces and nephews, great nieces and nephews, and great-great nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home Chapel (99 Cedar Grove Rd, Irvine, KY 40336). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
