He was predeceased by: his parents, Sam Couch and Marie Mullins Bailey; and his brothers, Sam Couch, Homer Couch and James Couch.
He is survived by: his wife Misty Campbell Couch of Irvine, Kentucky; his sons, Bobby G. Couch of Jeffersonville, Indiana and Bradley Couch of Jeffersonville, Indiana; his stepson David Campbell of Irvine, Kentucky; his daughters, Teresa Bottoms (Gary Thompson) of Louisville and Darlisa Shouse of Jeffersonville, Indiana; and his sister Rosie Stratton of Sellersburg, Indiana.. He is also survived by seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren.
