He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaine Cox and Josephine Martin (Webb); his brother Jason; his nephew Marsh Harrison Robinson, Jr.; his parents-in-law, Anna Louise Roe and Vernon Lee Roe; his siblings-in-law, Kathy Roe Pigman and Ernie Lee Roe; and his nephew John Vincent Hardy.
He is survived by: his wife Verna Martin (Roe); his children, Bill Blair (Malissa), Amy Georgella Martin and Amanda Joann Harris (Billy); his grandchildren, Tyler Zornes, Cameron Zornes, Abigail Brennan, Tyler Harris, Bradley Harris, Rachel Castillo Blair (Andrew) and McKayla Blair; his great grandchildren, Ben, Aubree, Olivia, Addyson, Ilse Jo, Braxton, Madilyn Rae and Elias James; his sister Anita Nieland (Freddie Simpson); and his siblings-in-law, Ronna Howard, Teresa Woods, Debbie Roe and Terry Pigman. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, cousins and dear friends.
