He was predeceased by: his parents, Amy Napier Brandenburg and Ray Johnson of Perry County; his adoptive father Hargis Brandenburg; and his siblings, Barbara Jean Johnson and Blaine Brandenburg.
He is survived by: his sisters-in-law, Dianna Brandenburg Chambers and Jean Brandenburg.
