He is survived by: his children, Courtney McPherson (Jordan) and Brian Barnes (Becky); his siblings, Lou Ellen Gray, Estill Co, Charlene Oshea, Dayton and Raymond Barnes; his grandchildren, Kaylee Belle Barnes, Hendrix Cooper McPherson and Arlo Crew McPherson; and his siblings, Ruby Lynch, Ona Chaney, Dorothy Chaney, Mildred McCoy, Clyde, Alvin, Boyd, Roy and Allen Barnes.
