She was predeceased by: her husband Ivan Douglas Ball; her parents, Rev. Thomas McCoy and Bernice Rogers McCoy; and her siblings, Eula Marie Pickup, Jeanetta Barnett, Anna Phillips, May McCoy, Marvin Joseph McCoy and Shirley McCoy.

She is survived by: her children, Darrell Ball (Debra) and Patricia Ball.
