With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Audra Carolyn Smallwood (Irvine, Kentucky), who passed away on August 20, 2020 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Hager M. Ray and Juanita Amyx Ray; her husband C. E. "Bill" Smallwood; her stepchildren, Fern Brewer, Phyllis Fraley and Elmer Smallwood; and her sister Darlyn Ray.

She is survived by: her daughter Carrie Smallwood; her stepson Talmadge Smallwood; her sister Cheryleen Christie; and her grandchildren, Caroline Ray Asher and Charles Robert Asher.

In lieu of flowers, donations are suggested to the Salem Baptist Church, 4470 Spout Springs Road, Irvine, KY 40336.
