She was predeceased by: her parents, Maynard Huddleston and Leetha Tuttle Huddleston; and her husband Archie Will McIntosh. She is survived by: her daughters, Penny Osbourne (Randall), Sandra Morgan (John) and Kim Noland (Tim); her grandchildren, Tracy Brandenburg (Jason), Carrie Treadway (Phillip), Chad Howell, Mindi Jones (Josh), Tyler Morgan (Sarah), Morgen Garner (Hunter) and Christian Noland (Makayla); her great grandchildren, Dylan Baily, Colten Chaney, Kaley Treadway, Jesse Lunsford (Lincoln), Conner Chaney, Ryan Howell, Kyler Chaney, Josie Brandenburg, Tripp Morgan, Belle Howell and Willa Morgan; and her siblings, Arthur Elam Huddleston, Benny Maynard Huddleston, Alice Carrine Estes, Douglas Huddleston, Delores Ashcraft and Mary Louise Arnold.
