He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Sr. Slone and Dixie Slone; his brother Roger Slone; and his granddaughter Angelique Iams. He is survived by: his wife Gloria; his daughters, Diana Wheeler (John), Melissa Ellison (Brian), Brandie Hobbs (Eddie), Sonja Blackburn and Stephanie Boulay (Judes); his grandchildren, Candace Pierce, Desiree Harmon (Tate), Michael Dean Haney (Jennifer), Dillon Warner (Brittany), Brittany Ellison and Malcolm Boulay; and his brother Bill Slone (Barbara). He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
