He is survived by: his children, Roy Michael Maynard and Candy Sue Maynard of Tomahawk, KY; his grandchildren, Tennis, Kyle Preston and Aniyah Brooklyn; his sisters, Sue Carter of Marengo, OH, Ollie Allen of Melbourne and Tena Jarrell of Melbourne; his daughter-in-law Chelsea; and his sister-in-law Lilly Maynard. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
