He was predeceased by: his parents, Fannie Bailey and Walter Stevens. He is survived by: his wife Dianna Stevens; his children, Dakota Castle (Paul) of Inez, Leeann Stevens Marcum of Cattlesburg, Kristy Hensley-Smith (Mike) of Kinston, NC, Amanda Chafins (Dwight) of Paintsville and Shannon Goble of Louisa; his son-in-law David Randall Marcum; his siblings, Sherd, Tom, John B. Stevens, Rachel Stepp, Hester Pack and Nancy Stevens; his grandchildren, Ariel KayLee Castle, Reagan "Olivia" Marcum, Skyla Smith, Ember Smith, Dylan Simpkins, Kendra Simpkins, Tiffany Goble, Kenny Goble, Morgan Brown and Blake Simpkins; his great grandchild Beau Simpkins; and his close friends, Quentin Hensley, Stanley Molette and Daniel Spence.
Visitation was held on Sunday, December 8th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM and on Monday, December 9th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Crum Funeral Home (498 New Rte 3, Inez, KY 41224). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, December 10th 2024 at the Riverview Memorial Gardens (10288 US-23, Louisa, KY 41230).
