She was predeceased by: her father Columbus Tiller; and her husband Mont Blackburn. She is survived by: her children, Hector Blackburn of Inez, KY and Kathleen Crickmer of Bluefield, VA.. She is also survived by two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
