She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Horn and Ella Horn; her children, Danny Maynard and Kathy Maynard; her grandsons, Timothy Ryan Stepp and Jamie Lee Stepp; her great grandchild Hazel Mae Howard; and her siblings, Dolly, Roy, Irene Horn, Claude Horn, Harvey Horn, Pauline Maynard, Eloise Spence, Sally Spence, Allen Horn, Oliveene Bowen and Nadine Lundsford.
She is survived by: her children, Joey Maynard (Chandra Daniels) of Inez, KY, Debbie Fuggett (Henry) of Inez, KY, Amy Lou Mullins of Springfield, Vickie Sue Williamson (Rush) of Fallsburg, KY, Robin Howard (Mitchell) of Inez, KY and Annette Melissa Tackett (George) of Mt. Sterling; and her sisters, Amanda Johnson of Inez, KY, Myrtle Kirk of Inez, KY, Ada Hardin of Inez, KY and Pricie Kelly of Inez, KY. She is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
