She is survived by: her husband Elbie Blackburn; her daughters, Nannie Lucy Blackburn (Holly) of Lexington, KY and Rachel Ann Blackburn (Anthony) of Staffordsville, KY; her siblings, Harvey Hackney of Debord, KY and Debbie Hackney of Kermit, WV; her sisters-in-law, Marsha Hackney and Irene Hensley; her grandchildren, Breanna Blackburn (Brian) of Inez, KY, Brooke Robinson (Cody) of Inez, KY, Chelsey Sexton (Caden) of Staffordsville, KY, Chloe Moore of Pilgrim, KY and Caylee Moore of Pilgrim, KY; and her great grandchild Rylan Fyffe Elbie McCoy (Lil). She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
