He is survived by: his wife Ollie Carter (Jude); his children, Charles Steven Carter (Amy) of Job, KY and Ruby Kay Fannin (Moses) of Louisa, KY; his sisters, Creasy Jude of Job, KY and Elsie Maynard of Inez, KY.; and his grandchildren, Alison, Charles Jr., James, Travis and Aiden.
